Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All Maddocks Collective hires are reserved specifically for your selected dates. Please carefully check your dress, size, hire period and dates before completing your booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Hire payments are non-refundable for change of mind or cancellation, as the dress has been reserved exclusively for your booking dates.

Where possible, Maddocks Collective may offer store credit for a future hire at our discretion.

IF WE CANNOT FULFIL YOUR BOOKING

If Maddocks Collective is unable to fulfil your booking, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.

SECURITY BOND

A refundable security bond may be required with your booking. The bond will be returned after the dress has been received and inspected, provided it is returned on time and without damage, excessive staining or loss.

If cleaning, repair or replacement costs are required, these may be deducted from the bond. If costs exceed the bond amount, the hirer remains responsible for the additional amount.

RETURNS

The dress must be returned by the agreed return date using the provided return method. Late returns may incur a late fee.

If your return is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
