AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Maddocks Collective offers Australia-wide Express Post delivery.

DISPATCH AND TRACKING

  • Your dress will be dispatched according to the delivery date selected at checkout.
  • Tracking details will be provided via email or phone number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your booking.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we take every care to dispatch your order on time, delivery times are controlled by Australia Post or the relevant delivery provider.

Maddocks Collective is not responsible for delays, loss or disruptions caused by the delivery provider. We recommend selecting a delivery date 1–2 days before your event where possible.

RETURNS

  • A return satchel will be provided where applicable.
  • The dress must be lodged with Australia Post by the agreed return date.
  • Late returns may incur a late fee.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the garment is returned using the provided return method.

BRISBANE PICKUP

Brisbane pickup may be available for selected bookings. Pickup details will be provided after your booking has been confirmed.
